BOXABL tiny homes, at the right time. Right when housing is out of control, this company is taking on the housing-crisis issue. Large volume gap above, plus a mid-float around 15.6 million shares.
Why it has my attention:
• Flagship Casita is a 361 sq ft studio with kitchen, bath, and utilities that unfolds on-site in under an hour
• As of August 21, 2026 the company said it had manufactured 846 Casitas, delivered 335 across 10 states, and had 341 units under contract
• H1 2026 revenue was $2.1 million on 27 Casitas delivered, vs $402,000 and 5 units in H1 2025
• Company says it has raised over $230 million from more than 50,000 investors. Float of 15.60 million shares
The Catalyst I Am Watching:
Next-gen travel trailer (self-leveling towable carrier). BOXABL says 5,000 pre-orders as of 2026, with launch anticipated in 2027.

BOXABL Inc. started trading on Nasdaq July 20, 2026 after the FG Merger II Corp. combination closed July 17. The Casita is a 361 sq ft studio with kitchen, bath, and utilities that unfolds in under an hour. There is also a 120 sq ft Baby Box built to RV code, plus stackable boxes for larger homes.
Why BXBL Is On My Radar
H1 2026 revenue was $2.1 million on 27 Casitas delivered, vs $402,000 and 5 units in H1 2025. As of August 21, 2026 the company said it had manufactured 846 Casitas, delivered 335 across 10 states, and had 341 units under contract. BOXABL says it has raised over $230 million from more than 50,000 investors. Factory footprint is 400,000 sq ft, 53 patent filings, modular approvals in 12+ states. California ADUs are the near-term B2C focus. Float of 15.60 million shares.
The Bigger Opportunity
Phase 2 is larger 20x30 and 20x40 boxes meant to stack into single-family homes and townhomes. August 13 it opened an M&A and partnerships lane across housing. August 20 it published a Server Pod concept for data-center enclosures. That is a design study only, not in production or for sale.
What I'm Watching Next
The 341 units under contract, California ADU deliveries after the 2025–2026 modular approvals, and the next-gen travel trailer: 5,000 pre-orders as of 2026, launch anticipated in 2027.
For me, $BXBL is a story worth watching as BOXABL tries to turn foldable factory shells into a repeatable housing product.
